Effective communication is essential in today's sophisticated and complex world. This need can be seen against a climate of increasing time pressures, financial constraints and personal and corporate accountability.

When it comes to working in the software testing community challenges remain the same. Effective communication both internally and externally is no chance event. A deliberate effort is required to improve greatly the quality of communication between members of a team.
